The JZ-500 black cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on twisted copper cores, which ensures its flexibility and resistance to bending. PVC Z 7225 insulation guarantees safe use, and black cores with white numbers facilitate the identification of individual wires during installation. Additionally, the external PVC TM2 coating protects the cable from mechanical damage and the effects of UV radiation. It is worth noting that the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. The cable is also resistant to oils and many chemical compounds.

Technical specifications and scope of applications

The cable has a rated voltage of 500V and a core cross-section of 1.5 mm². This makes it perfect for control, signaling and measuring installations. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms as well as outdoors (excluding direct laying in the ground or water). The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible). The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for stationary operation. Compliance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 confirms its high quality and safety of use. The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
