The JZ-500 black cable is a flexible solution for electrical connections, designed for demanding working conditions. Made from high-quality materials, this cable provides safe and efficient power transmission in various industrial and domestic environments. Construction and properties

The JZ-500 black cable has three copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with special PVC (Z 7225). The conductors are twisted in parallel, and the whole is surrounded by a durable outer coating of PVC (TM2) in black (RAL 9005). The conductors are numbered with white digits, which facilitates identification during installation and maintenance. Additionally, the cable is metered for convenient dispensing of the required length. The outer diameter of the cable is 6.2 mm.

The JZ-500 black cable finds wide application in:

• Mechanical industry: Control, signaling and measurements in production lines and conveyor belts.
• Electrical installations in buildings: Flexible connections in dry, damp and wet rooms and outdoors (excluding laying directly in the ground or water).
• Portable devices: Powering mobile devices requiring a flexible electrical connection.

The rated voltage of the cable is 500 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The insulation resistance is minimum 20 MΩ x km, which ensures a high level of safety. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for stationary operation.
