This black, flexible JZ-500 black 4G1 cable is a reliable solution for electrical connections requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. It is made of multi-strand copper conductors (class 5), which guarantees its flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The core insulation is made of PVC Z 7225, and the outer sheath of PVC TM2, providing protection against moisture, oils, and UV radiation. The cable cores are black with white numbering, making identification easier during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (in external arrangement above 3 cores), increasing safety.

This cable also features high chemical resistance – it is resistant to many oils and chemicals (detailed information in the "Technical information" table). The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium, and substances that interfere with painting. The cable meets the requirements of IEC 60332-1-2 regarding fire resistance.

Application and parameters

The JZ-500 black 4G1 cable is intended for medium mechanically stressed flexible connections where no tensile stresses occur. It is ideal for dry, damp and wet rooms as well as outdoors (excluding direct laying in the ground or water). It finds wide application in mechanical engineering – for control, signaling and measurement in production lines and conveyor belts.

The rated voltage of the cable is 500 V, and the core cross-section is 1 mm². The cable has 4 cores and an outer diameter of approximately 7.2 mm. The operating temperature range is from -15°C to +80°C for flexible operation and from -40°C to +80°C for stationary operation. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x outer diameter for flexible operation and 4 x outer diameter for stationary operation. The cable is UV resistant.
