JZ-500 black cable is a flexible control cable designed for medium mechanical loads. It is suitable for applications requiring flexible connections without tensile stress. It is perfect for installation in dry, humid and wet rooms, as well as outdoors – provided direct contact with the ground and water is avoided. Numbered cores facilitate identification and connection, which is particularly important during more complex installations.
Construction and properties
This cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-term and trouble-free operation. It is made of multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to repeated bending. Core insulation is made of high-quality PVC (Z 7225), and the outer sheath of PVC TM2 (black RAL 9005 color) provides protection against external factors. Black cores with white numeric printing facilitate the identification of individual wires during assembly and servicing. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor, providing additional safety.
JZ-500 black cable is also resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has passed PVC self-extinguishing and flame-retardant tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1.

This cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 500 V, a conductor cross-section of 0.75 mm² and has 4 cores. Its outer diameter is approximately 6.7 mm, and the operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -15°C to +80°C in flexible mode. Additionally, this cable is UV resistant.
