Flexible control cable for industrial and domestic applications
The JZ-500 black cable is a flexible cable with three cores of 0.5 mm² cross-section, designed for medium mechanical load and connections requiring flexibility. The construction with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) provides resistance to oils, chemicals and UV radiation, making it an ideal solution for both indoor and outdoor applications. The cable cores are black with white numbers, which facilitates identification during installation.
Construction and properties ensuring durability
The cable is characterized by a solid construction: stranded copper cores, PVC insulation and an external protective coating of PVC TM2. This construction guarantees high flexibility, abrasion resistance and mechanical damage. In addition, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable is tested for self-extinguishing and flame retardancy in accordance with DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1 standards. Therefore, it meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
Application in various conditions
The JZ-500 black cable performs perfectly in a wide range of temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible). It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors (excluding direct laying in the ground or water). It is particularly recommended in mechanical industry for control, signaling and measurement in production lines and conveyor belts. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for stationary operation.
