Construction and properties

The JZ-500 black cable is designed for demanding applications. Its construction is based on twisted copper cores, insulated with special PVC (Z 7225). The cores are black with white number printing for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective core (in versions with a protective core), providing additional safety. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer coating made of PVC (TM2) in black (RAL 9005). This makes the cable resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting. The cable is also self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, meeting the standards of DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1.

Applications and technical parameters

The JZ-500 black cable is widely used in mechanical engineering, control, signaling and measurement systems – especially in production lines and conveyor belts. It will work in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors (excluding direct laying in the ground or water). The cable is designed for medium mechanical loads and flexible connections without tensile stress.

The cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 500 V and a core cross-section of 0.75 mm². It has 25 cores made of twisted copper, insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The outer coating is also made of PVC. The cable maintains flexibility in the temperature range of -15°C to +80°C, and in stationary mode from -40°C to +80°C. Its outer diameter is approximately 15.1 mm, and it is UV resistant. The minimum bending radius during flexible operation is 7.5 times the cable diameter, and in stationary mode – 4 times the cable diameter.

The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). It is a metered product, which facilitates its dosing and assembly.
