Control cable – flexibility and protection in one

The LIY-CY 4x0.75 cable is a shielded control cable designed for flexible connections in industrial, electronic and computer installations. It is characterized by high quality workmanship and resistance to external factors, making it an ideal solution for both professional installers and end users. The construction with stranded copper cores provides high flexibility and mechanical strength, and the copper braided screen minimizes electromagnetic interference.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of four copper cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with TI2 PVC. The cores are twisted in layers with a polyester film as a center, and the whole is surrounded by a tinned copper braided screen. The outer sheath made of TM2 PVC provides protection against mechanical damage and the influence of atmospheric factors. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0812 and has a rated voltage of 300/300V. It is worth noting its resistance to oil and the absence of flame propagation during a fire.

Application and benefits

The LIY-CY 4x0.75 cable finds wide application indoors in dry and humid environments, but not outdoors. It will be perfect in the production of tools, mechanical engineering, the electronics sector, computer technology and in automation and control systems. Its small outer diameter (6.3 mm) facilitates installation in tight spaces and allows it to be used with miniature connectors. Thanks to the screen, it ensures stable signal transmission in environments with a high level of electromagnetic interference.
