Shielded flexible cable – reliability and compact dimensions

This multi-core cable (LIY-CY) 7x0.75, with a grey RAL 7001 jacket, is the ideal solution wherever flexibility and minimal outer diameter are important. The use of a screen ensures electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), which is crucial in devices sensitive to interference. This cable works perfectly in internal installations, both in dry and humid environments.

Construction and application

This cable is designed for flexible connections with medium mechanical stress. Its construction is based on seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with PVC and twisted in layers. An additional screen made of copper braiding protects against electromagnetic interference. Thanks to its small outer diameter (7.6 mm), it is particularly useful in applications requiring compact solutions, such as tool manufacturing, the machinery industry, and the electronics and measurement sectors. It will also work in miniature connectors.
