Universal rubber cable for demanding conditions

This flexible TITANEX® H07 RN-F rubber cable with a cross-section of 1x16 mm² is a solid solution for both professional installers and end-users. It is perfect for mobile and stationary installations where durability, damage resistance and flexibility are important. The cable is designed to operate in harsh industrial conditions, but it will also work well in temporary installations or public buildings.

Construction and properties ensuring durability

The cable construction is based on multi-strand copper conductors class 5, which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to bending. The conductors are insulated with a special cross-linked elastomer, providing high electrical insulation and resistance to chemicals. The whole is surrounded by a coating of the same material, which further increases mechanical strength and resistance to weather conditions. The cable complies with EN 50525-2-21 and has a CPR class Eca.

The TITANEX® cable stands out with a wide range of operating temperatures – from -25°C to +55°C (flexible) and up to +90°C on the conductors. The maximum temperature during short circuit is as high as +250°C. The operating voltage is 450/750 V, and in the case of permanent installation in protected installations – 600/1000 V. The minimum bending radius is 6-8x cable diameter for flexible laying and 3-4x diameter for permanent laying (depending on the diameter). Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation, oil and meets RoHS requirements.
