The TITANEX® H07 RN-F rubber cable is a reliable solution for mobile and stationary installations in demanding industrial conditions. Its construction allows for direct laying in the ground without loss of properties.

Construction and properties

The cable is designed for durability and safety. Made of multi-strand copper conductors class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), insulated with a special cross-linked elastomer, it ensures reliable current conduction. The outer sheath made of the same material guarantees high mechanical and chemical resistance. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation and atmospheric factors. Compliance with EN 50525-2-21 confirms its high quality and safety of use.

Application and operating parameters

TITANEX® H07 RN-F performs perfectly in a wide range of temperatures – from -25°C to +55°C for flexible operation and from -30°C to +60°C for stationary operation (maximum +90°C with additional protection). The operating voltage is 450/750 V (possibility of 600/1000 V when permanently laid in protected installations). The minimum bending radius is 6-8 cable diameters for flexible operation and 3x or 4x diameter for stationary operation (depending on the outer diameter). The cross-section of this model is 120 mm², making it suitable for transmitting large currents. The cable has a fire resistance class of Eca according to EN 50575 (CPR). Its weight is approximately 1.56 kg per running meter, and the outer diameter is in the range of 22.8 – 28.6 mm.
