This flexible TITANEX H07 RN-F rubber cable with a cross-section of 1x150 mm² is a solid solution for both professional installers and end-users who need reliable power supply in harsh conditions. Construction and properties ensuring durability

The TITANEX® cable stands out with its exceptional construction. Made of multi-strand copper conductors class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228) it provides good conductivity and flexibility. The conductors are insulated with a special cross-linked elastomer, which guarantees high resistance to mechanical and chemical damage. The whole is surrounded by a coating of the same material, giving the cable a black color and additional protection against the influence of weather conditions. Thanks to this, the cable is resistant to UV radiation, oil and most chemicals.

Scope of application and operating parameters

The cable works perfectly in demanding industrial environments – on construction sites, in cranes, machine parks, factories or with generators. It can be used in both mobile and stationary installations. Thanks to its high flexibility, the minimum bending radius is from 6 to 8 cable diameters (flexible) or 3-4 diameters (for fixed laying). The cable retains its properties in a wide temperature range: from -25°C to +55°C during flexible and stationary operation, and the maximum permissible conductor temperature is +90°C. In the event of a short circuit, it can withstand a temperature of up to +250°C. The operating voltage is U0/U 450/750 V or 600/1000 V (when laid permanently in protected installations). The cable meets the EN 50525-2-21 standard and has a fire reaction class of Eca (according to EN 50575). Additionally, it is compliant with the RoHS directive and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with LVD 2014/35/EU. The possibility of direct laying in the ground without additional protection is another advantage of this product – saving time and installation costs.
