The TITANEX H07 RN-F 3G16 mm² rubber cable is a flexible solution for a wide range of applications, both in industrial environments and in building installations or temporary setups. Designed for reliability and durability, it performs perfectly where resistance to harsh environmental conditions and mechanical damage is required. It is a versatile cable that can be used on construction sites, in machine parks, factories, and during outdoor events.
Construction and properties
The TITANEX cable is characterized by a solid construction. It has multi-wire copper conductors of class 5, providing good flexibility and resistance to bending. The insulation made of special cross-linked elastomer guarantees high resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. The whole is surrounded by a durable EM2 rubber coating, which further protects the cable from external factors. Thanks to this, the cable can be used both indoors and outdoors – even directly on the ground – without the risk of losing its properties.
Flexibility: Allows easy routing of cables even in tight spaces.
Temperature resistance: The cable retains its properties in the temperature range of -25°C to +55°C (flexible) and from -30°C to +60°C (stationary), and the maximum operating temperature of the conductor can reach +90°C.
Mechanical strength: The cable construction provides resistance to mechanical damage and abrasion.
Chemical resistance: The cable is resistant to the action of most chemicals and oils.
UV resistance: The protective coating protects against the harmful effects of UV radiation and atmospheric factors.
Compliance with standards: The cable meets the requirements of EN 50525-2-21 standard and has a fire class of Eca (CPR).
Rated voltage: Uo/U 450/750 V, and in the case of permanent installation in protected installations, even 600/1000 V.
The minimum bending radius for flexible cables is 6-8 times the cable diameter, while for permanent installation it is 3x or 4x the cable diameter (depending on the diameter). The conductor cross-section is 16 mm², which allows for the transmission of larger currents. The outer diameter ranges from 21.8 - 27.6 mm and the weight of one meter of cable is approximately 1.05 kg.
