Construction and properties ensuring durability
The TITANEX® cable features a solid construction. Made of multi-strand copper conductors class 5, it has insulation made of a special cross-linked elastomer, which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The cross-linked elastomer coating provides additional protection against the effects of atmospheric factors, UV radiation and most chemicals. The cable is oil-resistant and can be used in environments with high humidity. Compliance with EN 50525-2-21 confirms its high quality and safety.
Wide range of applications and operating parameters
The TITANEX® H07RN-F 4G10 mm² cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -25°C to +55°C (flexible) and from -25°C to +75°C (stationary). The maximum permissible operating temperature of the conductor is +90°C (when laid permanently) and even +250°C during a short circuit. The operating voltage is 450/750 V, and in protected and permanent installations it can be 600/1000 V. The minimum bending radius is 6-8 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 3x or 4x cable diameter for permanent laying (depending on the diameter). The CPR flammability class is Eca. Thanks to its construction, this cable can be installed directly on the ground without additional protection.
