This flexible TITANEX® H07 RN-F 5G35 mm² rubber cable is a reliable solution for demanding working conditions. Using it in industrial installations, construction sites, machine parks or at festivals guarantees safe and efficient power transmission. The cable is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage, extreme temperatures and the action of many chemicals. The possibility of direct laying in the ground without additional protection makes it exceptionally practical in difficult terrain conditions.
Construction and properties
The cable has been designed with intensive use in mind. Made of multi-wire copper conductors class 5 (DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228) provides good flexibility and resistance to bending. Insulation made of special cross-linked elastomer guarantees high electrical insulation and abrasion resistance. The coating made of the same material protects the cable against the influence of external factors, such as UV radiation and moisture. This makes it ideal for use both indoors and outdoors.
The TITANEX® cable meets the EN 50525-2-21 standard and has a fire reaction class of Eca (CPR), which confirms its safety of use. In addition, it is RoHS compliant, which means the restriction of the use of hazardous substances in its production. It can operate at temperatures from -25°C to +55°C flexibly and from -30°C to +60°C stationary, and the maximum permissible conductor temperature is +90°C. In the event of a short circuit, it can withstand temperatures up to +250°C. The operating voltage is 450/750V, and in protected installations it can operate at 600/1000V. The minimum bending radius is 6-8x cable diameter for flexible operation and 3x or 4x diameter for stationary operation (depending on the diameter).
