This red, single-core HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y cable with a cross-section of 16 mm² is designed to operate in extreme conditions where standard cables fail. Made of silver-plated copper and insulated with FEP fluoropolymer, it provides reliability and safety in demanding industrial applications and installations.

Construction and Properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: a twisted strand of silver-plated copper (class 5 – flexible multi-strand) surrounded by high-quality FEP-HELUFLON® insulation. Silver-plated copper ensures excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, which is particularly important in aggressive environments. FEP insulation guarantees resistance to high temperatures (up to +205°C, briefly up to +230°C) and to chemicals, oils, gasoline, acids and bases. Additionally, this material is flame retardant, resistant to microorganisms and fungal growth, and completely waterproof. The cable remains flexible even at low temperatures (down to -100°C).

The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 7 mm.
