Single-core silicone wire, high temperature resistant, very flexible SiFF 1x0.75mm² red 45302
Special application silicone cable
This exceptionally flexible silicone cable is designed to operate in extreme temperature conditions. It is suitable for applications requiring resistance to both high and low temperatures, offering a reliable connection in harsh industrial environments. The cable is characterized by high flexibility, making it easy to install and route in tight spaces.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of a multi-strand, very flexible class 6 conductor, providing high resistance to bending and vibration. Silicone insulation guarantees temperature resistance in the range of -60°C to +180°C in stationary operation and from -25°C to +180°C in flexible operation. The rated voltage is 300/500 V, making it suitable for many electrical applications. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 2.7 mm with a conductor cross-section of 0.75 mm².
Applications and benefits
This cable is widely used in various industries: steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. It can also be used in power plants. Its resistance to oils, greases, alcohols and other chemicals makes it ideal for working in aggressive environments. Thanks to its high flash point and compliance with IEC 60332-1-2 and DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2/DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1-2 standards, it ensures the safety of installations. The flexibility of the cable makes it easier to route installations even in hard-to-reach places – saving installers time and minimizing the risk of damage.
