Single-core silicone wire, resistant to high temperatures, very flexible SiFF 1x0.75mm² black 45301
Silicone cable for harsh conditions
This flexible silicone cable is designed for applications requiring resistance to extreme temperatures and high flexibility. It is ideal for industrial installations where standard cabling fails. The cable is characterized by high chemical and mechanical resistance, ensuring reliable operation even in demanding environments.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of multi-strand, very flexible class 6 conductor, which gives it exceptional flexibility and resistance to bending. Silicone insulation guarantees the preservation of properties in a wide temperature range – from -60°C to +180°C (flexible from -25°C). The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V, and the outer diameter is approximately 2.7 mm for a cross-section of 0.75 mm². Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire and meets the IEC 60332-1-2 standard regarding flame propagation resistance.
Applications and benefits
The HELUTHERM SiFF cable is used in many industries: steel, metallurgical, aviation, shipbuilding, cement and ceramic. It can also be used in power plants. Its resistance to oils, greases, alcohols and other chemicals makes it an ideal choice for industrial environments. Thanks to its high flash point and halogen-free properties, this cable increases the safety of the installation. The minimum bending radius (12.5x cable diameter for flexible operation and 5x for fixed) makes installation easier even in tight spaces.
