The H05VV-F cable, also known as OWY żo, is a versatile solution for powering devices in workshop and home environments. Construction and properties

The H05VV-F cable has insulation and an outer sheath made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride), which provides good protection against external factors. The white color makes it easy to identify in installations. Four conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² allow you to connect various electrical receivers. The conductors are color-coded according to HD 308 S2 standard, which facilitates correct connection. Additionally, the cable has a protective conductor, increasing safety. The permissible operating temperature of the conductor is 70°C, and the ambient temperature during installation is -5°C to 50°C, allowing it to be used in a wide range of temperatures. The minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 54 mm – it is worth considering this when planning the cable route.

Application and benefits

This electrical cable is designed for connecting mobile receivers in dry and damp rooms with medium mechanical load.
