This white H05VV-F (OWY żo) 5x1.0 workshop cable is a versatile solution for powering devices in dry and damp environments. Construction and properties
The cable is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) both as insulation for the conductors and as the outer coating. This popular combination provides good mechanical and chemical resistance, as well as electrical insulation. The conductors are color-coded for easy identification during installation – in accordance with HD 308 S2. The cable also includes a protective conductor, increasing safety. Thanks to the permissible operating temperature of up to 70°C, the cable can be used in devices generating heat, as long as it does not come into direct contact with hot elements.

It should be noted that the cable is not oil-resistant (according to IEC 60811-404) or halogen-free (according to IEC 60754-1/2/3).
