The EASYCLEAN GROUND grease separator is made entirely of PE-HD – it contains no metal components, eliminating the risk of corrosive wear and ensuring durability in aggressive wastewater. The tank features a rounded bottom and an integrated sludge trap, enabling complete and rapid emptying without sludge accumulation. The material warranty is 20 years – this is not a marketing slogan, but a proven structural durability under conditions exposed to fats, chemicals, and moisture.

Manual emptying – simple, but requiring access

Emptying is performed manually with the tank open, using a suction hose. There are no automatic pumps or cutting systems – this solution is intended for those who prefer control and simplicity. Cleaning requires access to the manhole; its 600 mm width allows convenient insertion of service equipment. The KL.B125 cover (12.5 t) is made of grey cast iron, odor-tight, and unsecured – it requires no key or additional mechanisms for opening.

High resistance and installation flexibility

The tank is watertight and resistant to aggressive wastewater, complying with standard EN 1825:2004. Installation-ready: connects to PE-HD pipes (DIN 19537), PVC-KG (DIN 19534), PP, or AS with a diameter of 100 mm (DN) / 110 mm (OD). Installation depth: 800–1200 mm – ideal for the non-freezing zone at 1200 mm. The telescopic collar allows height adjustment of ±5°, facilitating adaptation to irregular ground levels. Gross weight: 112 kg – easy to transport and maneuver on-site.
