Underground installation, metal-free, with 20-year PE warranty

The EASYCLEAN GROUND grease separator is designed for underground installation at a depth of 800–1200 mm, with a strong emphasis on durability and ease of maintenance. The tank is made entirely of PE (high-density polyethylene) and contains no metal components, eliminating the risk of corrosive wear and ensuring resistance to aggressive wastewater. The PE material carries a 20-year warranty, confirming its durability under conditions exposed to moisture and chemicals.

Simple cleaning without removal

The tank features a rounded bottom and an integrated sediment chamber with a capacity of 700 liters — this ensures that grease and sediments accumulate in one location and can be removed manually using a suction hose. No disassembly of the unit or complex operations are required. Cleaning is performed with the open access hatch KL.D400 (40 t), which is hermetically sealed and odor-tight. All inlet and outlet connections (DN 150 / DA 160 mm) are ready for connection to PE-HD, PVC-KG, PP, or AS pipes — without the need for additional adapters.

Telescopic system and resistance to soil pressure

The access hatch is equipped with telescopic extensions, allowing precise adjustment of the unit's height to match site conditions — even with level differences up to 579 mm. This enables installation in various soil layers without cutting or modifying the housing. The installation height (740–1175 mm) and maximum allowable groundwater level (1320 mm from the bottom) make the separator suitable even for areas with high groundwater levels. For installation in class D400, a load-distributing Bauseis plate is required — construction plans are available from the manufacturer.

Capacity and compliance with standards

The separator has a total capacity of 1800 liters, with 1100 liters designated for wastewater storage and 280 liters for grease accumulation — meeting requirements for commercial and public facilities. Compliant with EN 1825:2004 and DIN 4040, it meets standards for grease-separating devices in sewerage systems. All components are delivered as a fully installation-ready unit — only pipeline connections need to be made on-site.
