Chimney pipe DN 120, L=250 for boilers with an open combustion chamber SJBRP250120
Chimney pipe DN 120, L=250 mm – made of acid-resistant sheet steel 1.4404
The pipe is manufactured from chromium-nickel sheet steel grade 1.4404 (DIN 17441), with a thickness of 0.6 mm – a material resistant to the effects of acidic condensate formed during the combustion of gas or heating oil. This provides not only corrosion resistance but specific protection against degradation in humid flue gas conditions – particularly important for boilers with open combustion chambers where condensation is inevitable.
Designed for operation under negative pressure, it meets the requirements of single-wall chimney pipe systems. It is plasma-welded, and connections are made using a bell-and-spigot method – ensuring tightness and ease of installation. Approved for use with CE certificate 1450-CPR-0010 and complies with CPR standards for flue gas evacuation systems.
The maximum operating temperature is 450°C – sufficient for most modern gas and oil boilers. Additionally, the pipe offers resistance to soot fires – which is significant in case of malfunctions or improper combustion.
Dimensions: diameter 120 mm, length 250 mm. It is a component of a complete chimney system – used in combination with tees, cleaning ports, caps, and condensate drains, all made from the same sheet steel.
No special tools are required for installation – a standard chimney pipe kit is sufficient. Installation is straightforward but must be carried out in accordance with the boiler manufacturer's instructions and building regulations concerning flue gas evacuation.
