The L-250 DN 60/100 chimney pipe is an element of a chimney system designed for the safe removal of flue gases from condensing boilers and Turbo heating devices. Made of high-quality stainless and acid-resistant steel, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance, even in harsh working conditions. The product is equipped with a gasket, guaranteeing a tight connection.

Construction and materials:

The pipe consists of two layers – an inner layer with a diameter of 60 mm, made of acid-resistant steel grade 1.4404, and an outer layer with a diameter of 100 mm, made of acid-resistant steel grade 1.4301. This construction ensures effective flue gas removal while simultaneously supplying air for combustion. The sheet thickness is 0.6 mm, which translates to the strength and durability of the product. The use of different grades of acid-resistant steel is justified – steel 1.4404 is more resistant to high flue gas temperatures, and steel 1.4301 ensures the durability of the outer layer exposed to atmospheric factors.

The L-250 DN 60/100 pipe is ideal for use with condensing boilers and heating devices with a closed combustion chamber that operate in overpressure mode. It will work both in new installations and during the modernization of existing heating systems. Thanks to the CE 1450-CPR-0034 approval, it meets European safety and quality standards.
