Flexible aluminum duct for ventilation and heating systems

Aluflex duct with a diameter of 110mm is a flexible conduit made of aluminum tape, ideal for building efficient and safe installations. Thanks to its construction, it allows for easy routing of air ducts in hard-to-reach places, minimizing pressure loss and ensuring optimal flow. The commercial length of the duct is 3 meters, but it is compressed to about 1 meter during production – which facilitates transport and storage.

Construction and application

The Aluflex duct is created by spirally winding aluminum tape joined by a special interlocking system. This technology provides not only strength but also flexibility, allowing the conduit to be bent at any angle without changing its internal cross-section. It is used both in hot air distribution systems (e.g., from tiled stoves, fireplaces) and in ventilation installations – both in residential and industrial buildings. It can be used to remove flue gases from heating devices with a temperature of up to +250°C.
