The Stalflex pipe with a diameter of 110 mm is a flexible solution designed for the construction of flue ducts in situations where traditional, rigid pipes cannot be used. It is particularly useful during the modernization of existing installations, where there are significant deviations in the flue duct path. Made of high-quality stainless steel (grade 1.4404), it ensures durability and corrosion resistance, even in the event of flue gas condensation.

The Stalflex pipe is an alternative to straight sections of flue liner, allowing obstacles to be bypassed and adapted to the complex geometry of the existing chimney shaft. Thanks to its flexibility, installation is much simpler and faster than with traditional solutions. It is ideal for connecting to heating appliances operating under negative pressure, fired with gas or fuel oil.

Construction and application

Made using plasma welding technology from stainless steel strip with a thickness of 0.12 mm, the Stalflex pipe is characterized by high strength and tightness. Its flexibility allows it to be adapted to the curves of the flue duct without the risk of damage. This liner is used in single-wall chimney systems where resistance to corrosive acidic condensate formed during fuel combustion is essential.
