The SDS PLUS Rebardrill bit with a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 210 mm enables drilling in reinforced concrete, concrete, natural stone, and solid brick. Thanks to the monolithic carbide tip with a 135° rake angle, it effectively handles the hardest construction materials.

Design and materials ensuring performance

The body made of 34CrNiMo6 steel is characterized by an increased hardness of 52 HRC, which translates to exceptional resistance during impact work, as well as high strength and great durability even under intensive use. Three symmetrically arranged cutting edges allow for perfectly straight and axial holes, while the special shape with three dust removal surfaces significantly facilitates dust removal.

The very deep embedding of the carbide tip improves the connection with the drill shank, which directly impacts its high quality and service life. The centering point allows for a quick start to drilling without the tool slipping, even when working near the edges of the material.

Application and compatibility

The drill bit is designed for the installation of R-KEX-II chemical anchors and TFIX-8M facade plugs in concrete and masonry structures. Dedicated for use with rotary hammers equipped with an SDS PLUS chuck, it ensures optimal transfer of impact energy. The working length of 150 mm allows for drilling deep holes while maintaining precision.

The product holds the international SicherSafe certificate, which confirms the cylindricity and axiality of the drilled holes.
