SDS PLUS drill bit Rebardrill 14x310x250mm for reinforced concrete RT-SDSR-14/310
SDS PLUS Rebardrill bit for reinforced concrete
The SDS PLUS Rebardrill bit with a diameter of 14 mm and a length of 310 mm made of 34CrNiMo6 steel weighs only 0.20 kg. The working length is 250 mm, which allows for drilling deep holes while maintaining precision.
Monolithic carbide tip construction
At the heart of this bit is a monolithic carbide tip with a 135° rake angle, which significantly increases the tool's lifespan and enables effective drilling even in the most demanding reinforced concrete. Three symmetrically arranged cutting edges guarantee perfectly straight and axial holes, eliminating deviation problems during operation.
The very deep embedding of the carbide tip significantly improves the connection with the bit shank, directly impacting its high quality and durability. The special tool shape and 3 dust removal surfaces effectively facilitate dust extraction, preventing the bit from overheating during intensive work.
The centering point allows for a quick start to drilling without the risk of slipping on the material surface - especially important when working on smooth concrete or stone surfaces.
Application and compatibility
The tool is designed for drilling holes in reinforced concrete, plain concrete, and hard solid brick. After testing, it can also be used for natural stone.
Compatible with rotary hammers equipped with the SDS PLUS system.
Quality confirmed by SicherSafe certificate
The product holds the international SicherSafe certificate, which confirms the cylindricity and axiality of the drilled holes - this is particularly important for installers working on precision installations of chemical anchors or structural elements.
Steel specification 34CrNiMo6.
