The LAX 400 line and cross laser is a powerful and versatile tool designed for both demanding professionals and home users. It enables quick and accurate determination of horizontal and vertical lines, as well as right angles, making it indispensable for various renovation and construction works. MANUAL ALIGNMENT technology – precision and convenience

A key feature of the LAX 400 laser is the MANUAL ALIGNMENT technology from STABILA. It allows manual alignment of the projected 90° angle to the desired position without losing the vertical point. This is particularly important when aligning axes, e.g. when laying tiles or installing partition walls. This makes the leveling process faster and more intuitive.

Functionality and application

LAX 400 offers a wide range of functions that make it a universal tool for many tasks:

• 360° line: Quick leveling in the horizontal plane, ideal for installing suspended ceilings, running electrical installations or laying floor panels.
• Vertical line: Precise determination of vertical lines useful for installing partition walls, laying tiles on walls or installing sanitary fittings.
• Right angle (90°): Quick and accurate determination of right angles without the need for additional tools.
• Plumb function: Facilitates the determination of vertical points, e.g. under the ceiling or on the wall.

Additionally, the laser has an automatic pendulum lock in the transport position, which protects the optics from damage and provides dust and dirt resistance (IP54). The laser range is 20 meters, and with the RC210 receiver it can be increased to 60 meters.

Work comfort and equipment

The basic set includes everything you need to start working: LAX 400 cross laser, target plate, carrying case, wall bracket and goggles to increase the visibility of the laser lines. Please note that the set does not include the REC 210 receiver or the LT 30 laser tripod – they are available separately. The laser is powered by AA batteries (4 pcs), providing up to 10 hours of continuous operation.
