The Wilo-DrainLift SANI-L.11T/4 lift station offers a maximum capacity of 41.6 m³/h and is able to lift wastewater to a height of 11.4 meters. The 2.1 kW (P1) motor provides stable operation, and its F-class protection guarantees long-term operation even in difficult conditions. The 137-liter tank minimizes the frequency of pump starts, which translates into its longer life and lower energy consumption. The tank made of durable PE-40 and the pump body made of polypropylene (PP-GF) provide resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The impeller made of stainless steel 316 (1.4408) guarantees high resistance to abrasion and aggressive media.
Construction and installation – everything you need to know
The lift station is equipped with an electrical connection with a cable and plug, which facilitates its installation. The outlet connection with a diameter of DN 80 with a PN 10 flange (EN 1092-2) allows easy connection to the existing sewage system. The IP68 degree of protection ensures complete tightness and safety of use even in case of flooding. The maximum diameter of solid particles that can be transported by the pump is 65 mm - this is important when draining wastewater containing larger impurities. The device operates powered by a voltage of 400 V at a frequency of 50 Hz and draws a rated current of 3.6 A. The ambient temperature range is from 3 to 40°C, which allows for universal use of the lift station in various rooms.
