Design and application

The Wilo-DrainLift WS 50D lift station consists of a durable tank made of plastic (PE-40), two submersible pumps with surface-cooled motors and a controller with a level sensor. Two pumps ensure reliable operation and the ability to operate in emergency mode – in the event of a failure of one pump, the other automatically takes over its function. The controller monitors the wastewater level and starts the pumps as needed, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing energy consumption. Piping with a ball check valve guarantees the safety of the installation and prevents backflow of wastewater.
