Cable tray elbow – a solid connection and direction change

This is a 90° elbow designed for cable tray systems, allowing you to change the direction of the cable route. Made of steel with a thickness of 1.0 mm, it provides durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Side and bottom mounting perforations facilitate installation and fixing, and the integrated design eliminates the need for additional connectors – which translates to saving time and installation costs.

Materials and anti-corrosion protection

The elbow is standardly supplied with zinc-coated steel using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09). On request, versions made of hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) or stainless steel are also available, allowing you to adapt the material to specific environmental conditions. The elbow surface is protected with hot-dip galvanizing, providing high corrosion resistance.

Installation and compatibility

The elbow is mounted using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. Thanks to the perforation, it is easy to attach it to the substrate or other structural elements. The elbow is compatible with trays with a width of 100 mm and a height of 60 mm. For non-standard orders, dimensions “a” and “b” (e.g., KK…200/100H60) should be provided when placing the order. Integrated connectors simplify the installation process, eliminating the need for additional connecting elements.
