Cable tray elbow – a solid change in route direction

This 90° elbow is designed to change the direction of cable routing in cable tray systems. Made of durable steel with a sheet thickness of 1.0 mm, it ensures stability and reliability of the installation. Side and bottom perforation facilitates mounting and allows for adaptation to individual needs.

Design and application

The KKJ200H60 elbow is compatible with cable trays with a width of 200 mm and a height of 60 mm. The integrated connector design eliminates the need for additional mounting elements, which speeds up and simplifies the installation process. This saves both installers and end-users time and costs. Perforation allows for easy mounting of accessories and additional system components.

Materials and protection

The elbow is standardly made of zinc-coated steel using the Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09), which provides good protection against corrosion. On request, versions made of hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) for increased resistance to atmospheric conditions and versions made of stainless steel are also available. Painting in the standard RAL color palette is also possible, allowing the color to be matched to the surroundings. Hot-dip galvanizing provides long-term corrosion protection, even in harsh environmental conditions.

Additional information regarding mounting: the elbow is mounted using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. In the case of unusual orders where different dimensions are required (e.g. a=200mm and b=100mm), they should be specified when placing the order – the product symbol will then be in the form KK…200/100H60.
