90° bend KKPJ100H60 is an element of cable routing systems, used to change the direction of cable and wire routing. Made of steel with a thickness of 1.0 mm, it ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The product is designed for use with cable trays with dimensions of 100 mm (width) and 60 mm (height).

This bend is not only a connecting element, but also an important component ensuring the safety of the installation. It performs the function of E-90, which means that it maintains its structural integrity for 90 minutes in fire conditions, protecting cables and delaying the spread of fire.

Materials and workmanship:

Various material variants are available, adapted to the specific requirements of the project:

• S – galvanized steel by the Sendzimir method (compliant with PN-EN 10346: 2015-09) – a standard solution providing good anti-corrosion protection.
• F – hot-dip galvanized steel (compliant with PN-EN ISO 1461: 2023-02) – provides higher corrosion resistance, especially in harsh environmental conditions.
• E – stainless steel – ideal for use in aggressive chemical environments or requiring high hygiene.
• L – powder coating in a standard RAL palette – allows you to match the color to the surroundings or project requirements.

The bend is mounted using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, which ensures quick and secure installation. The bend design allows for precise adjustment to the existing installation, and the adjustable angle makes it easier to route cable routes in various configurations.
