Cable tray elbow – a solid change in route direction

This is a 90° elbow designed for cable tray systems with a width of 300 mm and a height of 60 mm. It is used to change the direction of cable routing, providing a smooth transition and maintaining order in the installation. Made of durable steel with hot-dip galvanized surface, it guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. Side perforation facilitates the mounting of additional elements and accessories.

Construction and assembly – quick and easy

The elbow has an integrated connector, eliminating the need for additional mounting elements. Assembly is done using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, ensuring a stable and secure connection. Thanks to the mounting perforation on the bottom, it is possible to firmly attach the elbow to the ground or supporting structure. For unusual orders, elbows with specific dimensions "a" and "b" can be ordered, specifying them in the product symbol (e.g., KK...200/100H60).

Materials and protection – durability for years

The elbow is available in various material versions:

• Sendzimir galvanized steel (S): Standard execution compliant with PN-EN 10346:2015-09.
• Hot-dip galvanized steel (F): Provides higher corrosion resistance – execution according to PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02.
• Stainless steel (E): Ideal for environments requiring high chemical resistance – execution possible.
• Painting (L): Possibility of painting in any color from the RAL palette – execution possible.

The sheet thickness is 1.0 mm, which ensures adequate stiffness and strength of the structure. Surface protection through hot-dip galvanizing protects against the effects of atmospheric factors and corrosion, even in harsh working conditions.
