Cable tray elbow – changes cable route direction

This is a 90° elbow from the KKJ series, designed to change the direction of cable routing in electrical installations. Made of steel with a thickness of 1.0 mm, it ensures a solid and durable connection. Its design allows for angle adjustment, making it easier to adapt to specific mounting conditions.

Construction and mounting

The elbow has side and bottom perforations, allowing for easy and quick mounting using SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws. The integrated design eliminates the need for additional connectors, speeding up installation work and reducing costs. For non-standard orders, it is possible to produce an elbow with specific dimensions (a and b), designated KK...a/bH60.

Materials and protection

The elbow is standardly made of zinc-coated steel by the Sendzimir method (S) according to PN-EN 10346:2015-09. Custom versions are also available:

• F – hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) – provides higher corrosion resistance.
• E – stainless steel – ideal for use in aggressive environments.
• L – powder coating in a standard RAL palette – allows for color matching to the surroundings.

The elbow surface is protected with hot-dip galvanizing and coating, which further increases its resistance to external factors. The product meets the requirements of class E-90, guaranteeing the safety of the installation. The elbow is compatible with cable trays with a width of 150 mm and a height of 60 mm.
