Change of cable route with a 90° elbow

The 90° elbow KKPJ300H60 is an element of cable routing systems, used to change the direction of cable routing. Made of steel with a thickness of 1.0 mm, it ensures a solid and durable connection. It is a key component in electrical installations, allowing flexible adaptation of the cable route to the specifics of the building and installation needs.

Construction and mounting

The elbow is designed for use with cable trays with a height of 60 mm and a width of 300 mm. Mounting is done with SGKM6x12 or SGM6x12 screws, ensuring quick and secure installation. The adjustable angle allows for precise adaptation to the existing infrastructure.

Materials and workmanship

Various material variants are available, adapted to different environmental conditions and project requirements:

• S – galvanized steel by Sendzimir method (PN-EN 10346:2015-09) – standard finish, providing good corrosion protection.
• F – hot-dip galvanized steel (PN-EN ISO 1461:2023-02) – increased corrosion resistance, ideal for outdoor or aggressive environments.
• E – stainless steel – highest corrosion resistance, dedicated to use in harsh conditions, e.g. in the chemical or food industry.
• L – painting in a standard RAL palette – possibility to match the color to the surroundings or project requirements.

The elbow meets the E-90 function, which means it maintains its structural integrity for 90 minutes in fire conditions, contributing to increased installation safety. This is important for public buildings and facilities with increased fire safety requirements.
