HDPE sewage system for professional installations

The PEHD 110x75 short eccentric reducer is a component of the Geberit HDPE sewage system, designed for the professional discharge of sewage and rainwater in residential, industrial, and commercial buildings. Made of black PE-80 polyethylene, it ensures long-lasting and reliable installation performance.

Construction and technical parameters

The component features an eccentric reduction design, which enables a smooth transition between diameters DN 100 (110 mm) and DN 70 (75 mm). The total length is 80 mm, and the wall thicknesses of the connections are 4.3 mm for the larger connection and 3 mm for the smaller one.

Both ends are equipped with welding spigots with working lengths of 35 mm and 37 mm, ensuring a solid and leak-proof connection with system pipes. The connection surfaces remain in a raw state, ready for the welding process.

Material properties and resistance

The PE-80 material guarantees high tensile strength and resistance to mechanical damage. The system shows resistance to approximately 95% of standard bases, acids, and chemicals, making it ideal for industrial and laboratory applications.

The product is UV resistant thanks to special additives in the polyethylene, allowing for outdoor storage for many months without material degradation. Additionally, the components withstand shocks, drops, impacts, and short-term pressure without cracking or permanent deformation.

Application and installation

The reducer is used in gravity-based building water discharge systems and conventional roof drainage installations. It is also effective in vacuum roof drainage systems and ground drainage.

Installation is carried out via butt welding or using electrofusion couplings with dedicated Geberit machines and tools. The system is suitable for installation in soil, concrete, and during bridge construction, offering installation versatility.

The component holds the KOMO certificate, confirming compliance with Polish quality standards for sewage systems.
