PEHD 110x90 Reduction – reliable connection in the sewage system

This asymmetrical, short PEHD 110x90 reduction, in black color, is a key element of every sewage system. Made of durable high-density polyethylene (PE-80), it provides a durable and tight connection of pipes with different diameters. It is ideal for both building and industrial installations where resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage is required.

The use of an eccentric shape allows for effective connection of pipes with diameter differences, minimizing the risk of blockages and ensuring optimal flow of media. The short construction makes it easy to install in tight spaces.

Durability and material resistance

The reduction is made of polyethylene (PE-80), which is characterized by high chemical resistance – it withstands the action of most standard bases, acids and chemicals (up to approx. 95%). This material is also resistant to UV radiation, allowing the reduction to be used both indoors and outdoors. Tensile strength guarantees long-term operation without fear of cracking or deformation.

Thanks to the wall thickness of the connections of 4.3 mm (connection 1) and 3.5 mm (connection 2), the reduction ensures stability and safety of the connection. Connection lengths of 35 mm and 37 mm further strengthen the structure.

Installation and application

The reduction is intended for butt welding/fusion welding or using electrofusion fittings – standard methods of connecting elements of the Geberit HDPE system. It is compatible with pipes with an outer diameter of 110 mm (connection 1) and 90 mm (connection 2) and nominal diameters of DN 100 and DN 90 respectively. The product has a KOMO certificate, confirming its compliance with applicable quality standards.
