Control and power cable for demanding applications

The OZ-500 cable is a flexible solution for control and power connections, designed for medium mechanical loads. The PVC construction ensures reliability in dry, wet and humid environments – but not outdoors. Suitable for use in industry, control and measuring equipment and anywhere where flexibility and resistance to environmental conditions are important.

This 12-core cable with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² is characterized by stranded copper conductors, which increases its flexibility and facilitates installation. The conductors are black and numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334, which makes identification and connection easier. The conductor insulation is made of PVC, and the entire cable is surrounded by an outer jacket made of the same material, providing additional protection.

Construction and properties

The OZ-500 cable has been designed with durability and safety in mind. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51. The PVC compound used guarantees not only flexibility but also resistance to oils and chemicals (detailed information in the "Technical Information" table – available from the manufacturer). The cable is also resistant to radiation up to 80 x 106 cJ/kg (80 Mrad).

• Chemical resistance: Resistant to many chemical substances, which increases its durability in harsh industrial conditions.
