PVC control and power cable OZ-500 3x0.75 mm² grey, black numbered cores acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 10032
Control and power cable OZ-500 – reliability and flexibility in every application.
The OZ-500 cable is a flexible solution for control and power connections, designed for demanding industrial applications and electrical installations. Made of high-quality PVC, it ensures durability and safety. The construction with three cores of 0.75 mm² cross-section makes it ideal for medium mechanical loads and connections requiring flexibility. Black cores, numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334, facilitate identification and correct installation.
Features and application
The OZ-500 cable is designed to operate in dry, wet and humid rooms (but not outdoors). It is suitable for slowly moving systems where tensile stresses do not occur. It is perfect for connecting control and measurement devices in industrial equipment. The special PVC mixture provides not only flexibility but also resistance to external factors and quick and easy installation. This ensures that both installers and end-users can rely on trouble-free system operation.
Product advantages
- Flexibility: The specially selected PVC mixture guarantees high cable flexibility, making it easier to route in tight spaces and dynamic installations.
- Durability: Made of high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and reliable operation in various environmental conditions.
- Safety: The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51, confirming its compliance with safety requirements. Fire reaction class Eca provides an additional level of protection.
- Core identification: Black cores with white numbers facilitate identification and correct connection, minimizing the risk of errors during installation.
- Wide temperature range: The ability to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible) allows the cable to be used in various conditions.
- Chemical resistance: The cable is resistant to many chemical compounds (detailed information in the manufacturer's "Technical Information" table).
- Rated voltage: The cable is designed to operate at 300/500V.
Additionally, the cable is characterized by an insulation resistance of min. 20 MOhm x km and a test voltage of 4000V, confirming its high quality and reliability. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x diameter for stationary operation. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.
