This grey PVC cable OZ-500 with seven 0.5 mm² conductors is a universal solution for both professional installers and end users. Designed for medium mechanical loads, it is ideal for applications requiring flexibility and reliability. Black conductors, numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334, facilitate identification and connection.

Construction and properties

The OZ-500 cable is made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), both in the conductor insulation and the outer sheath. The use of a special PVC mixture ensures excellent flexibility, which translates to easy installation even in tight spaces. Flexible stranded conductors (class 5) guarantee resistance to repeated bending and twisting. The cable is designed to operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (after installation) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation. It meets the requirements of EN 13501-6 regarding reaction to fire (class Eca).
