Flexible halogen-free control cable – safety and reliability

This flexible OZ-500 HMH 3x1 cable is a reliable solution for applications in industry, construction and electrical installations. The cable is designed with safety in mind, offering high fire resistance and reduced emission of harmful substances in the event of a fire. Its construction provides flexibility and ease of installation, and the numbered cores facilitate identification and connection.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on stranded copper cores, which ensures good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The core insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 compound, guaranteeing safety in the event of a fire – minimizing the emission of toxic gases. The outer jacket made of TM7 compound further protects the cable against mechanical damage and external factors. The grey color (RAL 7001) makes it easier to identify the cable in the installation.

The cable is distinguished by the following features: the nominal core cross-section is 1 mm², which is optimal for many applications; the rated voltage is 500 V, ensuring versatility in electrical installations; it contains 3 cores, ideal for standard control circuits; the operating temperature range is from -40°C to +70°C, allowing use in harsh environmental conditions; it is halogen-free, ensuring the safety of people and property in the event of a fire and meeting strict European standards; its flexibility, thanks to the stranded core construction, makes it easy to route and install even in tight spaces; and numbered cores facilitate the identification and connection of individual conductors, minimizing the risk of errors during installation.
