Construction and properties

The cable consists of eight conductors (4 pairs) with a cross-section of 0.25 mm², which are twisted in pairs to minimize interference. The conductors are made of copper, and their insulation with polyethylene (PE) in combination with PVC provides optimal capacitive properties. The screen in the form of a copper braid effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in environments with high signal intensity. In addition, the halogen-free outer jacket increases safety – in the event of a fire, it does not release toxic gases, which is particularly important in public buildings. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the needs of the installation.
