Special halogen-free Titanex Premium H07RN-F 3x1.5 rubber cable is a versatile solution for both professional installers and end-users. This cable combines flexibility, durability and safety, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of applications – from industry and construction to installations in public buildings.

Construction and properties

The cable is designed for extreme working conditions. Made of multi-wire copper conductors class 5 (according to IEC 60228/EN 60228), it provides reliable current conduction. The core insulation is made of a special, cross-linked halogen-free elastomer, guaranteeing high temperature resistance (flexibly from -40°C to +90°C, stationary from -40°C to +90°C) and short-circuit protection (maximum temperature +250°C). The outer jacket made of cross-linked halogen-free elastomer further protects the cable from atmospheric influences, UV radiation, oils and mechanical damage.

The cable is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to twisting, which facilitates its installation and use in dynamic applications. The minimum bending radius is 6-8 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 3x or 4x cable diameter for fixed laying (depending on the diameter).

Application and safety

TITANEX® PREMIUM is a new generation of H07RN-F cables that goes beyond standard limitations. Thanks to its properties, this cable performs perfectly in demanding industrial environments – as a power cable for port cranes, construction machinery or refrigeration installations. The halogen-free LSOH (Low Smoke Halogen) coating also makes it ideal for use in public buildings, airports or road tunnels – where fire safety is of crucial importance.

It meets the EN 50525-2-21 standard and has a CPR class Eca. Additionally, it is resistant to vibrations (AH3), mechanical damage (AG2), oil (AF3) and water (AD2, AD6, AD7, AD8). The cable is compliant with LVD 2014/35/EU and has a CE certificate. The operating voltage is U0/U 450/750 V or U0/U 600/1000 V when laid permanently in protected installations.
