Construction and properties ensuring long-term operation
The cable is characterized by a solid construction: five copper conductors with a cross-section of 16 mm², insulation made of cross-linked halogen-free elastomer and a coating of the same material in black color. This construction provides not only safety (LSOH – Low Smoke Halogen Free), but also resistance to UV radiation, weather conditions, vibrations, mechanical damage and the action of oils and water. The cable's flexibility allows for easy installation and routing even in tight spaces. The minimum bending radius is 6-8 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 3x or 4x diameter for fixed laying (depending on the diameter).
Wide application in various industries
The Titanex Premium cable finds application in many industries: from port cranes and construction machinery, through refrigeration installations, to heavy-duty work on ships, drilling platforms and in public buildings (airports, tunnels). Thanks to its properties, it performs perfectly where high reliability, flexibility and safety are required – especially where minimizing the emission of harmful substances during a fire is important. The cable complies with EN 50525-2-21 standard and has CPR class Eca. The operating voltage is 450/750 V (or 600/1000 V when laid permanently in protected installations). The operating temperature range is -40°C to +90°C (flexible) and -40°C to +90°C (stationary), and the maximum conductor temperature is +90°C.
