Universal power cable for demanding conditions
This halogen-free titanex premium H07RN-F 4x2.5 rubber cable is a versatile solution for both professional installers and end-users. It is designed for reliability and safety in harsh working conditions, offering flexibility and resistance to external factors. The cable combines the advantages of H07RN-F, H07BN4-F and H07BB-F cables, making it exceptionally universal.
Construction and properties
The cable consists of four copper conductors with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², insulated with a special, cross-linked halogen-free elastomer. This ensures high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The outer jacket made of the same material guarantees safety in the event of a fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke (CPR class Eca). The conductors comply with IEC 60228/EN 60228, class 5, which means they are highly flexible.
The cable is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +90°C (flexible) and -40°C to +90°C (stationary). It also withstands short-term temperatures up to +250°C during short circuits. It is resistant to UV radiation, weathering, vibrations, oils and water. Additionally, it has high mechanical properties: AH3 (vibrations), AG2 (mechanical damage), AF3 (oils), AD2, AD6, AD7, AD8 (water). The operating voltage is 450/750 V or 600/1000 V when laid permanently in protected installations. The minimum bending radius is 6-8 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 3x or 4x cable diameter for permanent laying depending on the cable diameter.
Applications
TITANEX® PREMIUM is perfect for demanding industrial and construction applications. It is ideal for powering port cranes, construction machinery, refrigeration installations and in port areas, on ships and drilling platforms. Due to the halogen-free coating, it is also recommended for installation in public buildings, airports and road tunnels – where fire safety is crucial. This is a product compliant with LVD 2014/35/EU standard (CE marking).
