This halogen-free titanex premium H07RN-F 5x2.5 rubber cable is an advanced solution for professionals and end-users who need reliable power in harsh conditions. The cable combines flexibility, durability and safety, offering a wide range of applications – from construction sites and ports to installations in public buildings.

Construction and properties

The cable is designed for extreme working conditions. Made of multi-strand copper conductors class 5 (according to IEC 60228/EN 60228), insulated with a special, cross-linked halogen-free elastomer. This ensures not only excellent flexibility, but also resistance to UV radiation, weathering, oil and mechanical damage. The outer jacket made of the same material guarantees safety in case of fire – the cable complies with standards regarding halogen-free materials (EN 50267) and limited smoke emission (EN 50268-1).

A key feature of this cable is its exceptional temperature resistance. It can operate in the range of -40°C to +90°C (flexibly and stationary), and withstands temperatures up to +250°C in the event of a short circuit. This makes it ideal for applications requiring operation in extreme temperatures, such as refrigeration installations or external power supplies. The minimum bending radius ensures convenient installation even in tight spaces – for cables with a diameter below 12mm it is 3xØ of the cable, and above 12mm – 4xØ of the cable.

The cable meets the EN 50525-2-21 standard and has a CPR class Eca. It is also compliant with the LVD 2014/35/EU directive (CE marking). Additionally, it has certificates confirming resistance to vertical flame propagation (IEC 60332-1-2) and corrosivity of gases released during combustion (EN 50267-2-2/IEC 60754-2). The operating voltage of the cable is U0/U 450/750 V or U0/U 600/1000 V (when laid permanently in protected installations).
