Halogen-free rubber cable TITANEX PREMIUM H07RN-F 4x1.5 mm² 37045TP

This halogen-free Titanex Premium H07RN-F 4x1.5 rubber cable is a versatile solution for both professional installers and end-users. It is designed for reliability and safety in harsh working conditions. This cable combines flexibility, mechanical strength and resistance to external factors.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed of multi-strand copper conductors class 5, which provides high flexibility and resistance to bending. The conductors are insulated with a special, cross-linked halogen-free elastomer, meeting stringent safety standards (EI2, EI7, EI8 according to EN 50363). The outer jacket is made of the same material, guaranteeing high resistance to abrasion, UV radiation and weathering. The halogen-free jacket minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire – important in public buildings or tunnels.

The cable is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +90°C (flexible) and -40°C to +90°C (stationary). The maximum permissible operating temperature of the conductor is +90°C, and even +250°C during a short circuit. The operating voltage is 450/750 V or 600/1000 V when permanently laid in protected installations. The minimum bending radius is 6-8 x cable diameter for flexible applications and 3x or 4x cable diameter for permanent installation – depending on the cable diameter. The cable has CPR class Eca.

The cable complies with IEC 60332-1-2 regarding fire propagation resistance and EN 50267-2-2/IEC 60754-2 regarding the corrosivity of gases produced during combustion.
