Construction and application – thoughtfully designed in every detail

The CLEAN CABLE 3G2,5 mm² cable combines advanced technologies and solid construction. Multi-wire copper conductors, class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228) provide flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation and a cross-linked, halogen-free plastic coating guarantee long-term operation even in harsh conditions. The cable is designed to operate in drinking water at depths of up to 600 meters, as well as in chlorinated or ozonated pool water at room temperature. This makes it suitable for wells, irrigation systems and other installations requiring contact with water.

Safety and compliance with standards – peace of mind

Safety is a priority. This cable has a Hygienic Certificate from the National Institute of Public Health – State Hygiene Institute (NIZP-PZH), confirming its suitability for contact with water intended for human consumption. It also meets the requirements of European standards such as KTW, WRAS, ACS and D.M.174. The halogen-free materials ensure a minimal risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire, increasing safety. The cable is also resistant to ozone (DIN VDE 0473-811-403/EN 60811-403). Operating voltage is 450/750V and test voltage 4000V.

• Permissible operating temperature: flexibly from -25°C to +50°C, stationary from -40°C to +80°C, in drinking water up to +40°C (maximum momentary temperature +50°C).
• Minimum bending radius: 5 x outer diameter of the cable ensures easy installation even in tight spaces.
• Color: blue coating (RAL 5015) makes it easy to identify the cable in the installation.
• Conductors: colored according to HD 308 S2 for easy identification of phases and the protective PE conductor.
