This blue, four-core CLEAN CABLE 4G1.5 mm² power cable is a solution designed for demanding applications, particularly powering submersible pumps for drinking water. Construction and application

The cable is designed in accordance with IEC 60502-1 and is characterized by flexibility and resistance to external factors. Multi-wire copper conductors, class 5 (DIN VDE 0295 / IEC 60228) provide good conductivity, and cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation guarantees high electrical strength. Colored cores facilitate identification during installation, and the outer sheath made of cross-linked halogen-free plastic ensures safety in the event of a fire. This cable is designed to operate in temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -25°C to +50°C (flexible). It can be used in drinking water up to a depth of 600 meters, as well as in chlorinated and ozonated swimming pool water.

Safety and approvals

A key feature of this cable is its approval for contact with drinking water, confirmed by numerous European certificates: Polish PZH, German KTW, British WRAS, French ACS and Italian D.M.174. In addition, the cable meets the requirements of standards regarding halogen gas emissions (VDE 0482-267-2-3/EN 50267-2-3 and VDE 0482-754-2/EN 60754-2) and ozone resistance (DIN VDE 0473-811-403/EN 60811-403). The halogen-free materials minimize the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire, increasing the safety of the installation and users.
